Tulane Football Recruiting Roundup (July 5, 2026)

Over the past several weeks, with the close of the official visit season, Tulane has added several more commitments to their class of 2027, while losing one.

As a brief reminder, from June 22-July 31, college football recruiting enters a "Dead Period," during which in-person contact and on-campus visits are not allowed, while electronic communications are still allowed.

On June 17, Dallas Crescenzo committed to the Wave. He's a 6-0, 183 pound wide receiver from Bastrop, Texas, and is rated as a 3-star prospect by 247 Sports. He holds offers from Florida State, Arizona State, Kentucky, TCU, Purdue, Cincinnati, Maryland, Pitt, Oklahoma State, UCLA, West Virginia, Memphis, and North Texas, among others.

On June 19, Tulane landed a commitment from Aymaud Sykes, a 5-10, 175 running back from Dry Prong, LA, who is a 3-star recruit by 247 Sports. He holds offers from Arkansas, Kansas State, Duke, Northwestern, Cincinnati, Memphis, and Coastal Carolina, among others (such as Liberty, ULL and Louisiana Tech).

Joshua Sylvain, a 6-2, 184 pound athlete from Miami Carol City Senior High, in Miami, Florida, committed on the same day. He has offers from Colorado, Kentucky, Cal, USF, UNLV, Florida Atlantic, and Georgia State, among others.

On June 21, Tulane lost a commitment from Deshawn Wylie, a safety from Savannah, Georgia. He flipped to Connecticut, where his father played.

On June 26, Korden Randle, a 6-4, 210 pound wide receiver/tight end from Pine Forest in Pensacola, Florida. He holds scholarship offers from Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Mississippi State, UCF, South Alabama and Connecticut, among others.

Lastly, yesterday, on July 4, Raeshaun Pugh, a 6-0, 180 pound safety from Lake Wales, Florida committed to the Wave. He has been offered by Army, East Carolina, Cal, Troy, Marshall, Florida Atlantic, Florida International and Coastal Carolina, among others.
